The founder and Director is Dr Paul Formosa who has over 25 years experience in Local Government and the Voluntary and Community sector in the UK. His main areas of expertise are developing sustainable governance practices / Building corporate infrastructure for new initiatives / and inclusive community based projects for marginalised communities.
Paul’s work also includes a distinct creative element: he also Co-directs a theatre company called Change, Act! and is a founder of the Culpeper Singalong Choir.
